Banana Bread
Written by John Longwell

Ingredients:
        * 3 Banannas, Mashed (and overly ripe)
        * 1/2 cup Crisco
        * 1 cup sugar
        * 2 eggs
        * 2 cups flour
        * 1 teaspoon baking soda
        * 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
        * Pinch of salt

Instructions:

        * preheat oven to 350 degrees.
        * spray bread pans with non-stick cooking spray
        * Cream sugar and crisco in a large bowl
        * add banannas and eggs and mix
        * add all other dry ingredients and mix well

        * fill 3 mini-loaf pans 3/4 of the way full
        * bake 30-ish minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
Note that if you are baking full sized loaves your timing will be off and you'll need to check more often.
