Ingredients:

        * 2 8-oz packs cream cheese
        * ¾ C Confectioners Sugar
        * 1 t vanilla
        * Cherry Pie Filling
        * Vanilla Wafers

Instructions:
        * Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla well.
        * Put vanilla wafer in the bottom of a cupcake paper in a cupcake pan.
        * Fill Cupcake paper with cream cheese mixture
        * Top with Cherry Pie Filling (but don't forgot those of us who don't like anything on their cheesecake!)
